1. About Us
Starfall Books is a small, independent New Zealand-based online store offering books, bookish merchandise, and gifts with a whimsical, celestial twist. We are located in Warkworth, Aotearoa New Zealand.
2. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. We accept major payment methods via secure checkout. Starfall Books reserves the right to update prices at any time.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are processed between Tuesday and Friday and typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Shipping times may vary based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

4. Returns & Refunds
We are a small business, and as such, we do not offer change of mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Gift Wrapping
Every book is wrapped in our signature Starfall style, and every candle is prewrapped by the amazing Whisper in Wax. If you'd like something else in your order gift-wrapped, please leave us a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logos, and product designs — belongs to Starfall Books and is protected under copyright. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
7. User Conduct
Be kind — both online and offline. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content, block users, or refuse service if necessary.
