1. Where are you based?

We’re based in the magical little town of Warkworth, New Zealand — soon to be home to our cozy bricks-and-mortar bookstore & café!

 

2. Do you have a physical store?

Not just yet — but we’re working on it! Our dream bookshop and café is in the works and will be opening in Warkworth soon. Stay tuned for updates!

 

3. What genres do you stock?

We specialise in Fantasy, Romantasy, Romance, and Dark Academia — all things magical, swoony, and escapist. Basically, books that make you feel something.

 

4. What is the ‘Spicy Bitches Only’ collection?

It’s our cheeky, smut-positive range for readers who like their books with a little extra heat. Think interactive bookmarks, fun merch, and spicy good vibes. 🔥

 

5. How long will my order take to ship?

We process and pack orders between Tuesdays and Fridays, so once your order is placed, it’ll usually ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your bookish treasures are on their way! If you’re in NZ, your parcel should arrive quickly — delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand — but we’re hoping to spread the bookish magic beyond our shores soon! Stay tuned for future updates on international shipping.

 

7. What’s your return policy?

As a small business, we’re unable to offer change of mind returns — so please choose carefully. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll absolutely make it right. Just send us a message (and a photo) within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.

 

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Every book and candle will come wrapped — perfect for gifting (or treating yourself!). If there's something else in your order you'd like wrapped, just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to make it magical. ✨

 

9. Are you planning any book clubs or events?

Yes! We're dreaming up cozy book clubs, smut-loving reader circles, and magical in-store events for when our physical shop opens. Whether you're into romantasy, dark academia, or just want to chat about your latest fictional crush, we’ll have something for you.
